Fathers to be should avoid circumstances that will reduce their sperm count so as to tilt the possibility of having a baby boy in their favor. Some of these are:
• Avoid Stress. Any form of stress will reduce the sperm count. If you want a baby boy avoid stress and worries during sex-for-baby.
• Scoratum Temperature. High temperature around the scrotum will lead to less sperm count and reduce your chances of having a boy. Go for boxers instead of pants.
• Avoid surroundings with high temperature. No hot baths and no saunas.
• Bicycling. Bicycling to work or as a sport will increase the scrotum temperature and this should be avoided. Go for other exercises that will leave the "bag" a bit more free.
• Illness can reduce sperm count. If you are ill, delay your sex-for-bay till you are well so as to increase your chance of having a baby boy.
• Too much alcohol, toxic chemicals and smoking will increase the body temperature and consequently the sperm count which in turn reduces your chance of having a baby boy.
Dietary Control. A caffeinated drink about 20 minute before sex is said to favor a male child. Caffeine boosts both chromosomes but the Y gets more boost. Mothers to be are to eat food rich in Potassium and Sodium to make the body alkaline, a condition which is favorable to Y chromosome for a baby boy. Examples of alkaline foods are red meat, banana, dried fruit, sausages and sweet corn
Orgasm Control. If the woman can reach orgasm about the time the man ejaculates the better the chance to have a baby boy. Woman orgasm will make the virginal area more fluid and more alkaline, conditions which make the Y chromosome to perform better.
Sex Position. The Y chromosome which fertilizes the egg for a baby boy is smaller and faster. With deep penetration the Y chromosome is aided to get to the egg quickly. The easiest way to get deep penetration is to enter the woman from the back while resting on her knees and hands. You may also use the missionary position but the woman should use a pillow to raise her pelvis for deep penetration.
Virginal alkalinity. Apart from body induced alkalinity, the virginal environment can be made alkaline by douching to make the condition favorable for a baby boy. Using baking powder for a douching solution for virginal alkalinity may have side effects such as infertility and pelvic inflation diseases (PID) and must therefore be used with care. The best is to seek a medic advise. However there are douching kits you can get over the counter.
